Our mission is to connect businesses with skilled and unskilled workers from South Asia, while ensuring smooth onboarding and legal support at every step.

In Short

• Coordinate the arrival and departure of staff at facilities, and stay in close contact with employees.
• Handle contract signings (mandate and work contracts) and ensure originals are submitted to the office.
• Assist with work permits and legalization documents in collaboration with a lawyer.
• Organize accommodation, work clothing, set up bank accounts, and help obtain PESEL numbers for employees.
• Send data to accounting, manage payroll, and prepare invoices.
• Keep track of working hours, calculate salaries, and monitor performance.
• Manage staff rotations and transfer personnel between facilities.
• Communicate with clients to address personnel matters and solve day-to-day challenges.
