Tele Caller - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Tele Caller to onboard, train, and manage mystery shoppers for various audit projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining strong relationships with our field network.

In Short

• Full-time, permanent contract after probation.
• Remote position based in India.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, training, customer service, or coordination roles.
• Experience in mystery shopping/audits preferred.
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST.
• Coordinate and manage mystery shoppers.
• Conduct virtual/phone training sessions.
• Monitor report quality and provide feedback.
• Build long-term relationships with shoppers.
• Act as a liaison with the project team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in telecalling, training, or customer service.
• Familiarity with audit quality and compliance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships effectively.
• Organizational skills to coordinate tasks.
• Proficiency in virtual training tools.
• Attention to detail in report monitoring.
