Ragnar Experience Manager - Remote

Overview

The Experience Manager’s primary responsibility is to lead all aspects of the event registration life cycle and day-to-day management of Let’s Do This. This role will work closely across operations and marketing to ensure the day-to-day registration process is efficient and a great experience. This role will also play a crucial part in helping to drive an enhanced customer experience across the Ragnar portfolio of over 24 events.

• Oversee the event registration process from start to finish.
• Manage databases and create reports for various departments.
• Work with marketing to ensure accurate event information on websites.
• Provide customer service and resolve participant issues.
• Lead process development for check-in and race weekends.
• Assist with volunteer management and team coordination.
• Conduct market research to improve company processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a high level of organization and detail.
• Travel to events as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event registration management.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience with event registration software is a plus.
