Overview

Pushpay is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM). This role is key in fostering strong relationships between our internal development teams, our valued customers, and third-party integration vendors. The TAM will ensure seamless communication and coordination to deliver outstanding technical solutions, improve customer satisfaction, and drive the overall success of our platform integrations.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer and vendor technical teams.
  • Work closely with the Director of Technology Partnerships to identify prospective customers for API integrations.
  • Own and manage the API integration process for customers and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to gather technical requirements.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge of our platform.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and execute API releases.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to API usage.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in API management, integration, or technical account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of working with external vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with common integration protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple API integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with API tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with developer tools and version control systems.
