Overview

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for achieving life premium sales goals and providing wholesaling support to distributors, focusing on Brokerage General Agencies in the Midwest.

In Short

  • Accountable for aggressive life premium sales goals.
  • Provide external wholesaling support to distributors.
  • Manage distributor relationships, including sales and marketing.
  • Requires overnight travel and face-to-face meetings.
  • 3-5 years of life insurance wholesaling experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Sound technical literacy, including Excel and Power Point.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and state licenses required.
  • CLU, ChFC, or other designations highly desired.
  • Competitive compensation package offered.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of external life insurance wholesaling experience.
  • Extensive understanding of life insurance products.
  • Superior sales and relationship building skills.
  • Basic understanding of illustration software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 required.
  • State life and health licenses required.
  • Highly motivated and organized team player.
  • Proven track record of executing territory sales plans.
  • Ability to achieve sales goals.
