Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will drive the overall optimization for our pre-sales and post-sales processes within HubSpot, instrumental in driving revenue growth by leveraging HubSpot across the organization.

In Short

  • Own the HubSpot platform, ensuring optimal configuration and data integrity.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
  • Enhance outbound sales efforts using HubSpot and Orum.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy within HubSpot.
  • Manage the sales operations budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience, 2+ years in Sales Operations.
  • Experience in SaaS environments with a focus on outbound sales.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Experience in building revenue forecasting models.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams.
