Overview

The Member Experience team guides members through their journey with expertise and operational excellence. We are seeking a Member Experience Analyst to support teams with data-driven insights and help scale effectively.

In Short

• Take ownership of operational projects and support strategic initiatives.
• Structure internal processes and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Identify gaps in processes, tools, or data and design solutions.
• Prepare decision papers and analyses for leadership meetings.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across teams.
• Provide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
• Map and document processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update the global knowledge base and content.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and clinic relations teams.
• Ensure new initiatives are embedded into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in an analyst, operations, consulting, or related role.
• Ability to structure data and extract insights.
• Skilled at organizing complex information.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
