• Define and lead the strategic direction of Progyny’s global product offering.

Requirements

• Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience leading global product strategy in healthcare or health tech.
• Strong understanding of the women’s health ecosystem.
• Medical or clinical background preferred.
• Experience navigating international healthcare requirements.
• Understanding of insurance-related product components.
• Experience with multi-sided platforms and complex workflows.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on mindset with a track record of execution.
• High attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
