Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team at Progyny Global, where our mission is to make fertility and family-forming care accessible everywhere.

In Short

  • Drive top-of-funnel activity and build our pipeline.
  • Identify and engage qualified mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound outreach.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the wider Sales team.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Support top-of-funnel targets and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Communicate Progyny Global’s value proposition clearly.
  • Build strong rapport with prospects through thoughtful interactions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SDR role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience overall.
  • Experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles preferred.
  • BA, BS, or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
