In Short

  • Manage inbound sales requests received via web, email, and phone
  • Prospect in a set list of in-market accounts
  • Run outbound sales reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accounts
  • Utilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right account
  • Work alongside our sales team to target, map, and develop prospecting strategies to drive new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales managers and sales teams to refine sales strategies and approaches
  • Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions
  • Use sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesloft, SalesForce) to identify and qualify decision makers who can utilize Progress solutions
  • Meet the minimum requirements set by Sales Leadership for outbound calls per day
  • Articulate to customers the business and technical benefits of Progress solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience would be a plus
  • Experience with Lead Generation (this is not a closing role)
  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident personality
  • Go-getter, disciplined, systematic and organized
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in any other foreign language is a benefit
  • Competitive edge and thrives in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Passion for outbound selling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
