Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to join Procore’s Finance organization. In this role, you’ll support the administration of our variable incentive compensation systems, enhance business processes, and partner with our Revenue organization on all things related to incentive compensation.

In Short

  • Administer the compensation system (Xactly) for accurate plan configuration and payment calculations.
  • Partner with Revenue and Finance for accurate commission calculations and reporting.
  • Field questions from Revenue personnel and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify insights on plan effectiveness for leadership guidance.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on incentive compensation.
  • Assist in developing and administering commission programs and policies.
  • Maintain documentation for commission-related processes.
  • Support SOX compliance for audit-ready processes.
  • Contribute to cross-functional compensation-related requests.
  • Seek continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Compensation or Incentive Analyst role.
  • Experience with incentive compensation systems preferred (e.g., Xactly, Callidus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally.
