Overview

The Customer Success Engineer II will drive the success of Procore’s General Contractor customers by serving as a product champion and subject matter expert, helping customers adopt and realize business performance gains from their investment in Procore.

  • Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Construction industry expertise.
  • 3+ years of Customer Success or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude for mastering Procore’s offerings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
