Customer Success Manager for General Contractors - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Manager is tasked with owning the success of our customers from launch, to adoption, to full rollout and ongoing growth. You will be part coach, project manager, consultant and product specialist and you focus on ensuring our customers are successful.

• Own the success of customers from launch to ongoing growth.
• Work with General Contractors, requiring experience as a Project Manager or Engineer.
• Help train and roll out end users for onboarding.
• Assist with pre-sales pilots and executive planning for adoption.
• Create department playbooks and guides for scaling.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Participate in strategy meetings to review Customer Success metrics.
• Review feature requests and prioritize new features with the Product team.
• Conduct new product feature demos.
• Sync with Sales for onboarding and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction at a general contractor.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to train and onboard users effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
