Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will play an integral role in delivering services to customers, ensuring program success and exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Possess intermediate regulatory knowledge.
  • Maintain communications in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in German.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer success or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of consultative customer management.
  • Experience in technology/SaaS organizations is a plus.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills.
