Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a support center environment.
  • Access to a laptop with a camera and stable internet connection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies preferred.
  • Ability to commit to shift-based work.
  • Empathy towards customer challenges.
  • Prepared for background/security checks if required.
