Blue Cube Services is excited to recruit experienced KYC Analysts to work on a project for the world's leading software platform for digital assets.

In Short

• Manually inspect, review and verify KYC applications.
• Interact with customers during the KYC verification process.
• Work closely with the global Customer Success team.
• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service.
• Previous KYC experience is required.
• Respond to customer tickets and emails.
• Participate in regular video calls with the team.
• Paid in cryptocurrency and self-employed role.
• Flexible shifts based on workload.
• Training in crypto and KYC service provided.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous KYC experience.
• Unquestionable trustworthiness and integrity.
• Timely and accurate review of KYC information.
• Customer-friendly communication style.
• Strong English written and verbal skills.
• 18 years of age or older with previous work experience.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies is an advantage.
• Strong wifi connection.
• Access to a laptop with a camera and a phone for authenticator software.
• Prepared to submit to background/security checks.
