Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

Blue Cube Services Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will form part of our Accounting HUB team, our offshore accounting team that will support our global accounting and finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, maintaining compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

In Short

• Record intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and matching/eliminations across multiple entities.
• Perform payroll, fixed asset, and other general ledger reconciliations.
• Collaborate on process standardization efforts with accounting leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, tax, compliance, and legal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate intercompany reporting for financial close processes.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Leverage financial systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified Accountant is a requisite.
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and consolidation concepts.
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes for various accounts.
• Experience in finance transformation or ERP implementation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
