Overview

The Manager of Customer Success oversees a multifaceted team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), ensuring strong customer delivery outcomes and managing day-to-day operations within Assent’s Customer Experience department.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team.
  • Anticipate and manage the transition of customer accounts.
  • Review and develop CSMs through performance management.

  • Support customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Establish clear goals for the Customer Success team.
  • Track and report on important business KPIs.
  • Advocate for alignment on special projects.
  • Stay current with regulatory updates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German.
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success management.
  • 2+ years experience mentoring or leading teams.
  • Strategic and business-minded thinker.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
