In Short

  • Support enterprise customers from the Go Live phase.
  • Manage user communication, training, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends and monitor usage, engagement, and performance data.
  • Provide personalized recommendations to enhance platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with Support, Operations, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Analyze support data and propose improvements.
  • Participate in regular business review meetings.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure clear communication.
  • Work with RVPs of Customer Success and Sales to grow accounts.
  • Remote position with potential business travel required once or twice a year.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Technically proficient with software solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
