• Candex is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate to join our team.
• You’ll support our growth and expansion in multiple countries.
• Responsible for maintaining financial records and transactions.
• Manage accounting software, invoices, and tax payments.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash disbursements.
• Communicate with banks and customers globally.
• Record and accept payments from customers.
• Reconcile reports to third-party records.
• Work jointly with business interfaces on ongoing procedures.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Experience working with global customers.
• Familiarity with accounting software, especially NetSuite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with tax laws in various countries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Strong written communication skills.
