In Short

• The Associate Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the Data Analytics team in the development and maintenance of data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Work hybrid between in-office and remote.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes.
• Communicate data findings to business stakeholders.
• Collect and clean data from a variety of sources.
• Utilize SQL and BI tools to develop and support reports.
• Perform data validations and reconciliations.
• Support and enhance the central proprietary database.
• Stay updated on the latest data analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science).
• 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and/or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity for analyzing data.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in finance is a plus.
