Business Analyst, Revenue Operations - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst, Business Process, to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll help deliver projects focused on optimizing and automating Procore processes. You’ll use your knowledge of process and strategy to solve business problems, leveraging data-driven insights to define a scalable solution. Successful candidates are passionate about creating positive customer experiences, are able to analyze problems from multiple angles, document gaps in solutions, gather business requirements and identify risks to ensure our business teams can run efficiently and with confidence.

In Short

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Procore's operations and revenue cycle.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to document business requirements.
• Document and analyze current and proposed workflows to identify gaps.
• Evaluate decisions and proposed solutions to identify risks.
• Simplify complex issues and document requirements.
• Interface with decision makers to prioritize project needs.
• Create Acceptance Criteria for technical development.
• Own UAT and facilitate testing sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers and engineers to deliver projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Understanding of technology, data, and business process.
• Experience with visual modeling and process mapping tools.
• Ability to design and operationalize system processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work against tight timelines; project management experience is a plus.
• Understanding of the B2B revenue cycle process.
