• Seeking a Business Operations Analyst for Real Wallet program.
• Execute daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams across functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work schedule from 3:30 PM to 12:30 PM IST.
• Remote position based in India.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in an operations-heavy role.
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
