Overview

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine's innovative pelvic pain solutions to healthcare providers while ensuring effective collaboration with the medical team.

In Short

  • Promote and sell PRM’s services to healthcare providers.
  • Establish and execute sales plans aligned with goals.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for effective strategies.
  • Conduct educational sessions for healthcare providers.
  • Travel to meet clients and perform sales duties.
  • Participate in sales training and company meetings.
  • Demonstrate integrity and compliance in all dealings.
  • Identify new referring providers for PRM services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Technical aptitude for remote engagement tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Medical sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health is a plus.
