Overview

An entry-level position for a digital marketing professional to support the execution and performance of paid media campaigns.

In Short

• Assist in setting up, launching, and managing paid search and programmatic ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance daily and flag anomalies or opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Help write and test ad copy and creative in partnership with the content/design teams.
• Pull and compile campaign reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing of landing pages and conversion flows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Basic understanding of key performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
