• Lead the execution of multiple paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage daily and weekly interactions with vendor partners and monitor performance.
• Execute paid media campaigns across social channels.
• Analyze data and produce high-quality reporting.
• Articulate paid media strategy to assigned clients.
• Conduct research to develop client strategy.
• Assist in developing media plans for small- to mid-size campaigns.
• Assist in new business proposals and pitches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in paid media programming.
• Ability to analyze data and tell stories through digital analytics.
• Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook ads, and others.
• Familiarity with advertising audiences in advocacy and political space.
• Experience with conversion-focused campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
