As Senior Associate, Paid Search at DEPT®, you will be an execution and optimization expert responsible for managing campaigns, mastering best practices, and expanding your skill set.

In Short

• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns.
• Utilize proficiency in campaign builds and daily monitoring.
• Analyze performance reports and develop client-facing write-ups.
• Implement bid adjustments and manage tracking pixels.
• Participate in search-specific training for continuous education.
• Work with junior team members to ensure error-free deliverables.
• Assist Paid Search Manager with critical client presentations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Show independence and a desire to grow responsibilities.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years’ paid search experience.
• Proficient in Google Ads; Bing Ads & SA360 is a bonus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Desire to learn and master paid search strategy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
