Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep interest in healthcare data, and the ability to lead and execute data-driven projects across the organization. The role will support various departments, including clinical, finance, operations, and sales/marketing, by developing and implementing strategies for data management, analytics, and business intelligence. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and execution of technology strategies to optimize performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data technology role, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with various data systems including EMRs and ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience in developing data management strategies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data projects.
