As a Senior Data Analyst at Thrive Market, you will play a critical role in building the data infrastructure that supports our business strategy and product management efforts, helping to make data-driven decisions that drive growth and efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end execution of data projects.
• Deliver high-quality data insights and build scalable data products.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Hive or Spark.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau.
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Intellectual curiosity and initiative.
• Good leadership skills and a team player attitude.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
