Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive growth and market penetration in the Thailand region by identifying business opportunities and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers.

In Short

  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the Thailand region.
  • Leverage network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Thailand market.
  • Promote multi-asset trading products and internal trading terminal.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage a local team as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with IBs.
  • In-depth understanding of the Thailand financial markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5.
