Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Thailand to join our APAC Business Team. The Business Development Manager will spearhead our commercial growth and expansion across Thailand—driving deeper presence in key cities like Bangkok, Pattaya, Krabi, and Chiang Mai, while unlocking new opportunities in emerging markets such as Koh Samui and Kanchanaburi. You will be the face and voice of Headout to our Supply Partners in the region.

In Short

  • Build and launch new business opportunities in Thailand.
  • Nurture relationships with existing Supply Partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for business strategies.
  • Fully proficient in Thai and English; based in Bangkok.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Global mindset and comfortable working across cultures.
  • Start-up attitude with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient Thai and English speaker based in Bangkok.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in travel-related products.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and time zones.
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience working with a CRM; eager to learn and use new tools.
