Overview

The Technical CRM Liaison / Analyst plays a vital role in supporting internal teams, clients, and technical systems by troubleshooting system issues, managing data privacy requests, maintaining CRM tools, and providing clear reporting and process improvement plans.

In Short

  • Support stakeholders and agents with technical expertise and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to CRM tools and system access.
  • Monitor workflows to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage data privacy requests in compliance with guidelines.
  • Administer specialized CRM functionalities.
  • Create and maintain operational and KPI dashboards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Manage user licensing and access requests.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of contact center environments.
  • Experience with CRM systems and KPIs.
  • Call Center Management experience is a plus.
  • Consultative customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong writing and analytic skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
