Requirements

• 2 years' experience as a social media representative.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media tools (Sprout, HootSuite, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while listening.
