Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development or similar roles.
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience using CRM and outbound tools like Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable learning complex service offerings.
  • Coachable and eager to grow into a full sales role.
  • Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or SaaS environments is a plus.
