Overview

The Inside Sales Representative at AriensCo is responsible for meeting sales goals through effective telephone communication and relationship building with customers.

In Short

  • Responsible for meeting established sales goals over the phone.
  • Research and compile lists of prospective customers.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to qualify leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional landscape contractors and government agencies.
  • Track and report account activity and sales progress.
  • May require annual travel for meetings and training.
  • Assist District Managers with lower volume dealers.
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales-related software is desired.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using sales-related mapping software.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
