The Inside Sales Representative at Angi® will connect homeowners with service providers, helping to expand the network of service providers and drive sales through effective communication and outreach.

In Short

• Engage with service providers via phone to discuss Angi’s offerings.
• Make up to 200 calls daily to achieve sales targets.
• Build trust and overcome objections with service providers.
• Guide service providers through the onboarding process.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a biweekly basis.
• Research service providers to tailor sales pitches.
• Utilize CRM for managing leads and customer information.
• Participate in comprehensive training and development programs.
• Work remotely with a focus on communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales/customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivation to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection.
• 21 years of age or older.
