Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead social media efforts across studios with a clear focus on driving Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) performance, partnering closely with the DTC team and studio stakeholders.

• Partner with the DTC team to design out-of-app audience capture strategies.
• Manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple studios.

• Coordinate and oversee outsourced social media partners.
• Define and track social performance against DTC-focused KPIs.
• Test and optimize content and formats to improve DTC outcomes.
• Evaluate tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with DTC, Product, Analytics, and Studio teams.
• Provide insights into social performance and its impact on DTC results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven social strategies.
• Experience operating social programs at scale.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect social activity to business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional environments.
