Overview

A Game Designer at Tripledot will be responsible for designing and improving game features, creating documentation, and analyzing player behavior to optimize game systems.

• Design and improve game features and systems for existing projects.
• Create and maintain game documentation, including GDD and feature specs.
• Plan, implement, and operate LiveOps events and activities.
• Work with product metrics and analyze player behavior.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests for optimization.
• Balance game systems and evaluate performance through analytics.
• 2+ years of experience as a game designer required.
• Experience with live game projects is essential.
• Good knowledge of the game market and strong gaming experience.
• Ability to work with analytics and understand product metrics.

Requirements

• Experience creating and maintaining game documentation.
• Experience with A/B testing or data-driven feature development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and goal-oriented focus.
• Intermediate English language skills required.
• Knowledge of level design principles is a plus.
• Experience with hybrid-casual projects and ad monetization is preferred.
