• 2 years' experience as a social media representative.
• Ability to use various social media platforms effectively.
• Knowledge of social media tools like Sprout and HootSuite.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while listening actively.
