Senior Customer Success Manager (Expansion) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager (Expansion) to drive growth within our existing customer base.

In Short

• Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customer accounts.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
• Engage confidently in developer product discussions.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue.
• Manage the renewal process for all contracts.
• Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Product teams.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue growth targets.
• Technical proficiency in developer conversations.
• Ability to self-educate on technical products.
• Experience serving as a bridge between technical users and business decision-makers.
• Excellence in relationship building.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Success in cross-functional collaboration.
