Solutions Engineer (EMEA) - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer (EMEA), you will be a primary contact with our customers, owning the technical relationship and ensuring their success by providing solutions and advocating for their needs.

In Short

• Serve as a primary technical advisor for enterprise and growth customers.
• Troubleshoot orchestration issues and provide architecture reviews.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response.
• Build reference implementations and run enablement sessions.
• Provide success metrics to CSM teams for renewals and expansions.
• Translate field insights into product proposals.
• Contribute to maintaining a high SLA adherence rate.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a post-sales Solutions Engineering or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Python with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to diagnose orchestration and performance issues.
• Practical experience with workflow orchestrators like Prefect or Airflow.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Fluent in English at a professional level.
