Overview

The Account Manager serves as a crucial link between Field Sales and the Home Office, supporting Field Managers and managing a significant account volume.

In Short

  • Own a high-impact portfolio and serve as the right hand to Field Managers.
  • Execute new client onboarding and provide quality assurance.
  • Assist in the implementation of quarterly regional business reviews.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM/Salesforce records.

  • Manage a semi-regular schedule of domestic travel.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Navigate ambiguity and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS in Business Management).
  • 3+ years relevant work experience preferred.
  • Interest in managing a semi-regular schedule of domestic travel.
  • Proficient technology skills (Salesforce, Google Drive, Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to connect with a wide variety of people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
