Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate or operations finance
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau) preferred
• Ability and experience working on cross-functional teams
