Senior Support Specialist – Enterprise Systems - Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote opportunity for a skilled IT Specialist to support payroll operations and system integrations within SAP SuccessFactors.

In Short

• Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Review and update SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations.
• Configure payroll rules and manage compensation updates.
• Support performance review cycles and data integrity.
• Onboard new payroll vendors within the system.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
• Document technical processes and configurations.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Provide end-user support and training.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central.
• Experience with integration platforms like SAP CPI.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
