Overview

The Associate Account Executive supports client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way, driving daily activities, and communicating with key internal service delivery personnel.

In Short

  • Monitors the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
  • Maintains account organization (timelines, scheduling meetings, pool organization, status reports).
  • Serves as the point of contact when other team members are not available.
  • Builds rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Processes signatures, opens jobs, and works with Accounting to produce client invoices.
  • Understands product category and competitors; keeps abreast of what competitors are doing.
  • Observation and interest in strategy.
  • 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred.
  • Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree - (Marketing or Communication focused preferred).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - (Marketing or Communication focused preferred).
  • Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience preferred.
  • 1 Year of Agency Experience preferred.
  • Commutable to NY, Boston or Costa Mesa office for team and client meetings as needed.
