In Short

• Complete weekly status reports with oversight from senior team members.
• Attend client calls and develop contact reports.
• Support in the development and delivery of materials for projects.
• Book timely Click-Ups with various teams for smooth workflow.
• Organise logistics for internal and client meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of client review platforms and facilitate uploads.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through accuracy checks.
• Understand financial profitability and manage project costs.
• Comply with company policies and demonstrate commitment to them.
• Travel to client meetings may be required.

Requirements

• A degree in a Life Sciences area preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in the Healthcare Industry.
• Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
