Construction Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus heavily on budget management and customer invoicing, ensuring that projects are financially sound and clients are billed accurately and timely.

In Short

• Input and maintain project budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and recorded.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers based on project milestones and deliverables.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Generate regular financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting budget status and invoicing progress.

Requirements

• A. A., or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in invoicing clients, financial analysis and utilizing an ERP system.
• Background check and drug screen, per company policy.
• Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
