The Healthcare Recruiting Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals and service providers to meet staffing needs, focusing on the Federal contracting space.

In Short

  • Manage the recruitment process for healthcare positions.

  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires.

  • Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
  • Stay informed on trends in human resources and talent management.
  • Work with the executive team on proposals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Five plus years of experience in locums/temporary staffing recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment resources and methods.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for job fairs and client meetings.
