Recruitment Specialist - Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting/sourcing for our healthcare clients, performing both conventional and creative sourcing activities.

• Increase number of identified available candidates
• Increase the number of hires
• Increase retention rate of newly hired employees
• Provide exceptional internal client service and full recruiting sourcing support
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and candidates
• Leverage online recruiting resources and ATS
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness
• Provide complete and accurate information to candidates
• Monitor job postings for quality control
• Work closely with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies

Requirements

• B.S. from an accredited university preferred
• Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player mentality
• Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes
• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
