Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Recruiting Specialist to source, lead recruiting efforts, and hire talent for the Prairie Band, LLC enterprise.

In Short

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment technologies.
• Schedule and lead collaboration meetings with recruiting personnel.
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in recruiting.
• 3+ years recruiting for federal construction contracting positions.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Expert understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to travel infrequently.
